About Krishi Cress I Started in 2014, Krishi Cress is a small farm located on the fringes of Delhi. Achintya Anand started this farm to grow vegetables, edible flowers, microgreens and to make fresh preserves. The farm is managed using traditional techniques and sustainable means. Achintya has a degree in Classic Culinary Art and is a graduate of Le Cordon Blue, Adelaide and the International Culinary Centre, New York.
